"Bellavista" has two entrances and separate access to the historic vaulted cellar, which houses a bodega and storage facilities for bicycles and other sports equipment. On the first floor, the lounge invites you to arrive, linger or work. On the same level there is a bedroom for 2, a modern bathroom and the utility room. On the way up, there is a mezzanine bedroom for 2 with en-suite bathroom and a separate WC. Then the center with open, fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining and communication area under the glass roof of the former patio, next to the cozy living room. Further up is the gallery: reading area, access to the third bedroom for 2 with en suite bathroom and exit to the first terrace. From there, access to the roof terrace with outdoor shower. You can relax under the sunshade and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view.
